NES E36 Brake booster delete kit – 6:1 pedal ratio
This kit lets you remove the brake booster on your BMW E36 while retaining the original master cylinder. It changes the pedal ratio from approximately 3:1 to 6:1 for a manual brake setup.
The version 2 design uses a lighter steel bracket with a jet-black powder-coated finish and an updated pedal fork. Supplied studs mount the bracket through the factory firewall bolt holes.
- Fits left-hand-drive BMW E36.
- Retains the stock E36 master cylinder.
- Approximately 6:1 pedal ratio.
- Steel construction with a black powder-coated finish.
Installation: Requires approximately 2 mm of clearance grinding at the top of the large opening in both the firewall and original pedal box, plus a new hole drilled in the brake pedal. Further fitting and adjustment are required.
For racing use only. Brake servo assistance is removed.
