NES M52/M54 Engine block girdle

Engine block girdle for BMW M52 and M54 engines. Designed to reinforce the main bearing caps and increase bottom-end rigidity in high-power builds, helping limit block flex and main cap movement under load.
The design retains material around the main bearing supports to provide additional stiffness.
Fitment and installation
- M54: Minor grinding of the oil pump housing is required for clearance.
- M52: Generally fits without modification, but casting variations may require minor clearance work.
- Trial-fit during engine assembly and check all clearances before final installation.
